Adult Booking & Valid ID
Guests must be 18 or older to book. Every adult guest must present original government photo ID at check-in.
Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed once a unique booking reference is issued and payment is completed.
Holds & Timers
Room holds temporarily reserve your category during checkout and automatically release if checkout is not completed.
1. Agreement & Booking Scope
By booking through this website, phone, or WhatsApp with Hotel Himalaya Darshan in Berinag, you agree to these terms, our cancellation policy, house rules, and privacy policy.
2. Room Pricing & Taxes
- Published rates are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST is calculated and displayed clearly before payment.
- Optional meal plan tariffs (₹1,000 per person per day) cover Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, served in-room or in the dining area.
- Tariffs remain valid for the duration of the confirmed reservation.
3. Payment Processing
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. In the event of payment failure or transaction cancellation, bookings are not confirmed until successful re-attempt. Refunds are routed directly via Razorpay back to your original source account.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all guest agreements are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pithoragarh District, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any legal dispute.
